Established in 2019, Narlo Builders brings over 20 years of combined building experience to residential projects across Cambridge, Hamilton, and the wider Waikato region.

Narlo Builders was formed to focus on what matters most, quality workmanship, clear communication, and strong client relationships. After working across both commercial and residential projects, our passion naturally settled in residential renovations, where the result is personal and the impact is immediate.

BUILDING INSPECTION REPORTS

Narlo Builders offers building reports designed to give you clear confidence before you buy or maintain a property. Choose a written inspection for your home size, a one hour verbal onsite inspection when you need quick clarity, or invasive testing for targeted concerns. All reports include moisture test readings.

I have known Byron McPartland since I employed his business, Narlo Builders, to do some foundational repair work at my property in my bathroom and laundry in 2024.
